Infused Dried Fruits

We utilize the infusion method while preparing our fruits for our customers.

The purpose of infusion is to season the fruits and thus to make them softer and easier to eat. Moreover, infusion also ensures the microbiological protection of our products thanks to its low water activity. Thus, not only the delight of eating fruits but also the nutritional value of the products are preserved. The fruits can be infused using sugar syrup or fruit juice concentrate, and also be customized based on customer demand.
