Infused Dried Fruits
Fruits retain their nutritive values while they stay pleasant to eat.
In addition to whole fruits, infused dried fruits can be chopped (diced) ar various dimensions like 5×5 mm, 8x8mm, 10x10mm and stripes of 5-8mm depending on the fruit.
Our product range includes sweet cherry, sour cherry, strawberry, peach, pomegranate, apple, apricot, raspberry, quince, oranges, figs, lemons, pears, and more.
Applications
Infused fruits can be used in biscuits, chocolate, bread and cake ingredients in the bread industry.
Plus, fruits can also be used (chopped fruits, cubes, apples, quinces, etc.) for direct consumption (sour cherries, strawberries, sweet cherries, etc.) and as snacks.
Fruits can be infused by using sugar syrup or fruit juice concentrate. Organic infusion is done by using organic fruit juice concentrates.
Packaging Options
Depending upon customers’ request, it is packaged in 5kg pr 10kg cardboard boxes with food-garde PE poly-liners inside. Alternative packaing options are avaible upon request.
